Themes and deadlines:
We invite all writers, painters, illustrators, poets, photographers and artists who imagine beyond their means, to GET INTO BED before June 7, 2008.
For our second issue, the theme will be all about
Foreplay... every beginning has a middle and an ending - what is it for you? who is with you?
Then on July 21, 2008, we are going to email all of our friends, neighbours, lovers, and enemies to help mess up the sheets until the next issue...
Beyond the bedroom and the laptop, IN MY BED Magazine will be accepting submissions for the following themes:
Issue #3 Sexual Myths
Deadline for submissions: September 7, 2008
Launch: October 21, 2008
Issue #4 One-Night Stands
Deadline for submissions: December 7, 2008
Launch: January 21, 2009

IN MY BED Magazine Submission Guidelines:
If you are an emerging or established writer, artist or photographer... there is always room for you IN MY BED.
Here is our little guide to submit and surrender your original and independent creations:
- Poetry: up to 5 poems (in Word format)
- Short fiction, prose, or excerpts from a novel: no more than 10-15 pages or 2,500-3,750 words (in Word format)
- Paintings/illustrations/photography: send as many as you like, as we may feature more than just one (we prefer to get image files in 300dpi) as well as a short artistic statement.
- Bio: tell us a little bit about yourself in 75-150 words.
We also welcome a link to your website (if you have one).
We always appreciate it if you know which issue you are submitting to… if not, then we can work together to find a theme that matches your creativity or lust…
